I participate as a leader/teacher of customer service or our organization's Service Excellence initiative. So while I reward and applaud GREAT customer service, I know I can also be critical of not-so-good customer service, too. Being told, "Our supervisors are too busy handling so many complaints that they will get back to you, but it might be three days," is just not acceptable or appropriate.
